Realtor open house bags
I'm a REALTOR and for my open houses, I created these little bags which are perfect to handout to the guest who come to my open houses. My business card for Real Estate fits perfectly in the 3 x 5 bags (from office depot) and they draw attention to my hobby job of stamping too! Double advertising! Gotta love that.
My Twin Nieces Turn 1
I can't believe it, but my little nieces turn 1 years old so here are the cards I made for them! They are princesses anyway :)

5 in 1 Card Cover Template Demonstation at Todays Stampin UP Meeting
Roberta Layton shares how to use the 5 in 1 Card Cover Template and Her Jazzy Box!
Place template on 8.5 x11 sheet of cardstock, trace, to make 1st part of box
You have traced 3 scores lines and outside edges
Now flip template over and trace flap again on opposite side, so you have matching side flaps
Full template for Sheet 1 traced, set aside, do sheet 2
On Sheet2 trace around entire edge to make 2nd part of box
Sheet 2 looks like fully traced, ready to cut
Pieces traced, ready to cut
Cut pieces out
Score both pieces on fold lines, and fold flaps
Need an extra score line to form flap over box
Added extra scoreline on flap to fold over box when assembled
Put Sticky Tape on 3 sides for assembly
Taped, Folded, ready to assemble two sheets together
